		<description><![CDATA[Yesterday&#8217;s news about Jeremia Owyang leaving Forrester research is a very important day for social media and its use by businesses. I&#8217;ve been a fan of Jeremiah&#8217;s work for a long time now. He was best described as an &#8220;idea factory&#8221; by his boss and I totally agree with this.
