		<description><![CDATA[If you&#8217;ve started your own social media program, you&#8217;re ahead of millions of other companies. Kudos to you. But it&#8217;s a reflective path. The most recurrent question we get is  &#8220;what are the tools you recommend?&#8221; Give them a hammer &#8230; everything looks like a nail. Tell them &#8216;blogging&#8217; and they mostly melt.
